Nokia 6070 (Blank Display) Empty Nokia 6070 (Blank Display)

Nokia 6070(Rm-166) blank display and no o/g and i/c when i do it on
by switch after few second's handset gone off.for this i have
tried allready the process which is here.....
1.First i have flashed fully with (rm166__04.220)
2.Changed CPU.
But problem not solved
can any body solve this problem it's urjent plz
