Help Plzzz help me 6233 dead

I try to flash phone but it give error like this  CMT Boot Ready
CMT Flash ID: 0000FFFF <=> BAD FLASH VENDOR -> BAD FLASH TYPE
CMT Flash Data: NOT AVAILABLEi try with jaf /hwk but problem still same I try to rehot and reball flash ic but same any one know what to do to repair this problem
